Maqil ibn Yasar (RA) said that a man came to the Prophet (SAW) and said: I found a woman of high rank and beauty, but she does not bear children. Should I marry her? Prophet Muhammad (SAW) said: No. He came to him again, but He (SAW) forbade him. 1. Actions during pregnancy and childbirth (Welcome New Child)
There are no specific Qur'an duas or verses that could be read during pregnancy or childbirth, but in general any adhkaar, reading of the Quran, can be taken with abundant duas for the welfare of the mother and child. The mother must make an intention to devote the child to the service of the Deen of Allah (SWT) according to the wife of Imran

During the pangs of childbirth, some Ulamah recommended Surah Yasin (Quran' chapter 36) and other adhkaars to relieve childbirth (as incantations), and it is not forbidden to repeat them for relief, comfort and consolation to the expectant mother.
The first cry of the child (Welcome New Child)
As a rule, the baby will cry when it's born, and this is due to the pricking of Shaytan. It is recommended to seek the protection of Allah (SWT) from Shaytan (the Accursed one) for a child:
Abu Hurayrah (RA) said: “The Prophet (saw) said:“ No child is born, besides this, Satan touches him when he is born, when he begins to cry loudly because of Satan’s touch, except Mary and her ”Son "Then Abu Hurayra said:" Recite this, if you wish: "And I seek refuge with You (Allah) for her and her descendants from Satan, the outcast." Calling adhan in the right ear of the child
It is from the sunnah that you hold the child and carefully call the adhan into the baby right ear.
