5 Quran Surah To Recite In The Morning

Reading the Quran in the morning could be one of the good deeds that Muslims do. The morning when people are not as busy as during the day becomes the perfect time to focus on reading the Quran as the values of reading the Quran at Fajr.

FEED THE POOR

Feeding the poor and needy is an act that draws us closer to Allah. We earn His forgiveness, mercies and blessings through this act of charity.

“Anyone who looks after and works for a widow and a poor person is like a warrior fighting for Allah?s cause, or like a person who fasts during the day and prays all night. (Bukhari)

But, for some Muslims that don’t have much time in the morning, they recite some of the Quran verses to make Dua. They believe by making Dua from reciting the Quran verses could be one of the holiest ways to do.

Speaking of reciting some Quranic verses in the morning, here we have some of them for you. We can make them as a pray to begging some grants from Allah’s blessing.

1. Al Baqarah 255

The Quran surah Al Baqarah verse 255 is admitted by so many Muslims that it has so many benefits to recite. Whether for Dua or part of your Dzikr, this verse believed could give you some benefits as well such as a prayer to protect yourself from the bad luck in Islam.

You may get more blessings from Allah such as get a safer life from some black magic that exists around you.

اَللّٰهُ لَآ اِلٰهَ اِلَّا هُوَۚ اَلْحَيُّ الْقَيُّوْمُ ەۚ لَا تَأْخُذُهٗ سِنَةٌ وَّلَا نَوْمٌۗ لَهٗ مَا فِى السَّمٰوٰتِ وَمَا فِى الْاَرْضِۗ مَنْ ذَا الَّذِيْ يَشْفَعُ عِنْدَهٗٓ اِلَّا بِاِذْنِهٖۗ يَعْلَمُ مَا بَيْنَ اَيْدِيْهِمْ وَمَا خَلْفَهُمْۚ وَلَا يُحِيْطُوْنَ بِشَيْءٍ مِّنْ عِلْمِهٖٓ اِلَّا بِمَا شَاۤءَۚ وَسِعَ كُرْسِيُّهُ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْاَرْضَۚ وَلَا يَـُٔوْدُهٗ حِفْظُهُمَاۚ وَهُوَ الْعَلِيُّ الْعَظِيْمُ – ٢٥٥

“Allah, there is no god but Him. The Living One, Who continuously takes care of (His creatures), does not sleep and does not sleep. To Him belongs what is in the heavens and what is in the earth. No one can intercede on His side without His permission. He knows what is before them and what is behind them, and they know nothing of His knowledge except what He wills. His seat covers the heavens and the earth. And He does not find it hard to maintain both, and He is Most High, Most Great.” (QS 2:255)

2. Al Kahf 1-3

Recite some of the Quran surah Al Kahf in the morning on Friday is believed by so many Muslims will give them some benefits as well. The surah contains 110 verses which you can recite all or some of them.

You may get more blessings from Allah, such as good health and being guided by Allah in so many ways. Here we recite the verses of the Quran surah Al Kahf from the first verse to the third.

اَلْحَمْدُ لِلّٰهِ الَّذِيْٓ اَنْزَلَ عَلٰى عَبْدِهِ الْكِتٰبَ وَلَمْ يَجْعَلْ لَّهٗ عِوَجًا ۜ – ١

قَيِّمًا لِّيُنْذِرَ بَأْسًا شَدِيْدًا مِّنْ لَّدُنْهُ وَيُبَشِّرَ الْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ الَّذِيْنَ يَعْمَلُوْنَ الصّٰلِحٰتِ اَنَّ لَهُمْ اَجْرًا حَسَنًاۙ – ٢

مَّاكِثِيْنَ فِيْهِ اَبَدًاۙ – ٣

Praise be to Allah Who has sent down the Book (the Qur’an) to His servants and He has not made it crooked; as a straight guide, to warn of a very painful torment from Him and to give glad tidings to the believers who do good that they will get a good reward, they abide in it forever.” (QS 18:1-3)

3. Al Baqarah 254

Giving charity and Sadaqah in Islam can be one of the good deeds that Muslims do towards seeking Allah’s blessing. By reciting the Quran surah Al Baqarah verse 254, will remind Muslims to always do good deeds, such as charity and Sadaqah as two types of Sadaqah in Islam.

The duty of giving charity is already mentioned in so many Quranic verses. One of them is written in the Quran surah Al Baqarah verse 254. By reciting it in the morning, you may get motivated to do charity so that you will get some blessing from Allah.

يٰٓاَيُّهَا الَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوْٓا اَنْفِقُوْا مِمَّا رَزَقْنٰكُمْ مِّنْ قَبْلِ اَنْ يَّأْتِيَ يَوْمٌ لَّا بَيْعٌ فِيْهِ وَلَا خُلَّةٌ وَّلَا شَفَاعَةٌ ۗوَالْكٰفِرُوْنَ هُمُ الظّٰلِمُوْنَ – ٢٥٤

“O you who believe! Spend some of the sustenance that We have given as a gift before the day comes when there is no more buying and selling, no more friendship, and no more intercession. The disbelievers are the wrongdoers.” (QS 2:254)

4. Al Isra 9-10

Muslims believe in so many ways that the Quran becomes their guide to face this cruel world. That is why the reference to the Quran for every little hard thing or even the good things one to give more respect towards Allah so that they may get the benefits of learning Al Quran.

Such as mentions in the Quran surah Al Isra verses 9 to 10 below, which you can recite every morning. It can be a good thing to start your day by reciting those verses so that you will always remain to do good deeds instead of the bad ones.

اِنَّ هٰذَا الْقُرْاٰنَ يَهْدِيْ لِلَّتِيْ هِيَ اَقْوَمُ وَيُبَشِّرُ الْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ الَّذِيْنَ يَعْمَلُوْنَ الصّٰلِحٰتِ اَنَّ لَهُمْ اَجْرًا كَبِيْرًاۙ – ٩

وَّاَنَّ الَّذِيْنَ لَا يُؤْمِنُوْنَ بِالْاٰخِرَةِ اَعْتَدْنَا لَهُمْ عَذَابًا اَلِيْمًا ࣖ – ١٠

“Indeed, this Qur’an guides to the straightest (path) and gives good news to the believers who benefit, that they will have a great reward. And that those who do not believe in the hereafter, We have prepared for them a painful punishment. “ (QS 17:10)

5. An Nash and Al Falaq

The most popular Quranic verses to recite in the morning are the Quran surah An Nash and Al Falaq. Those two have so many benefits to recite as they remember Muslims to always do a good deed so that you will get some benefits of Dhikr in the morning.

Moreover, those surahs are believed can protect Muslims from any black magic that exists in this world. That kind of magic may attack you during the day or night, so that is perfect to recite them every morning.

So, there are some of the Quran surahs to recite in the morning. Recite one of them so that you may get more blessings from Allah.
